My name is Linda, and I’m here to share my experiences and stories to help others make informed decisions about their financial decisions for their families.

I have 20+ years of business experience, advanced degrees and education, happily married to my soulmate for 20 years. The financial choices and path were well documented and shared in this respect. Saving for retirement, investing in the stock market, having a rainy day cash fund.

But then kids came along. And my elders started hitting those health declining years. And I find that the way I think about and use money is different. It’s no longer about myself, but the family that surrounds me. The timeline of my choices can now be 30 years from now.

I think through the education and introduction to money for my kids, what money means and how to balance their attitude with money as they grow older. I think about the options for my elders' care alongside the emotional guilt that comes with any choice to be made. 

Through this journey, I wanted to find people like me. Women that are managing the finances for their family and how they think through the options. It’s not just the choices available, but the thought process and the emotions that come alongside it.

So that’s why I’m here doing this. And hope I’ve found someone else like me in you.
